Download PicTrax and try it yourself!
With the (FREE) PicTrax app you can:
Upload one or more pics of a spectacular Aussie Destination to enter
We take hundreds of pix while on holiday, share some to Insta or FB but the vast majority just take up space on our hard drives.
Now you can earn real money with your travel photos!
PicTrax plots your images on a shared global map, so you and others can see where you’ve been and what you’ve seen. BTW, you won’t be personally identifiable if you use an alias username.
But what do you get out of it? Every time you receive a like you receive financial credits – just check your profile to see your current earnings. There’s never been an easier way to make money!
Discover new destinations with the interactive map or use the search and filter functions to refine your search!
Scroll through the image feed and tap on a thumbnail to see where it was taken on the interactive map above. Tap on the on-map thumbnail to get more info in ‘Detail View’, then swipe though subsequent results in detail view. It’s too easy!
Start exploring and see what you discover. There may even be new destinations close to home you can explore.
Find a destination you’d like to visit in the future? Create a collection!
‘Collections’ group destinations like; dive sites, road trip stops, bucket list destinations, film, photography, wedding or honeymoon locations.
When it’s time to visit that destination, open up the collection, see your chosen destinations isolated on an interactive map and get directions via Google Maps.
Tip: When you like an image, you can easily find it again using the ‘Pix I Like’ filter. PicTrax is your personal travel planning app. The possibilities are endless!
Use PicTrax to navigate to any discovered destination you can get to by car (NOTE: this won’t provide directions for overseas destinations until you’re on the same land mass).
These can be new discoveries or places you have saved to a collection.
PicTrax is also great for saving locations you want to go back to.
Just take a pic and upload it to your private (or public) profile and you’ll always be able to find your way back!
