PicTrax is an Australian destination discovery platform that enables people to discover, organise, share and navigate to authentic GPS map-pinned destinations.
Unlike traditional mapping applications that primarily help users navigate to known places, PicTrax focuses on helping people discover places they may never have known existed. Every destination is contributed by users and linked to an exact map location, including many destinations that have no official street address.
PicTrax combines precise location data with searchable activities, accessibility information, public and private collections, and practical navigation to help travellers find destinations aligned with their interests.

PicTrax enables users to discover authentic locations shared by other travellers and local communities rather than relying solely on commercial listings or traditional tourism guides.
GPS map-pinned destinations
Destinations can be created using embedded GPS photo metadata or by manually placing a pin on the map. Manual map pinning allows users to accurately record locations that have no recognised street address.
Public and private collections
